Struggling with the aftermath of domestic violence

i am struggling so much lately. coming up on the one year date since suffering horrible injuries from domestic violence. I have lost so many friends because they were mutual, I have horrible nightmares and flash backs it's caused an impact on my health, my self image, I'm struggling with substance abuse because I just can't handle trying to cope completely alone anymore. I feel absolutely hopeless and alone.
