Need Help with Stress Management Techniques

Anyone have stress management techniques? I don't mentally feel stressed but my body is showing every sign of stress with flare ups of fibromyalgia and IBS and more migraines even with preventatives and triptans unable to touch them.

I like to listen to my feel good music. Or watch my happy shows. I can't always get up so taking a walk isn't an option. But music is always there for me and so is writing.

Get up and take a little stroll every day, even if it's just to your mailbox and back. Whatever you're able to do that day. If it's a better pain day than usual then go a bit further, if not, keep it short. Do something that makes you happy every day, even if it's small. Give yourself a break! Do a breathing exercise or take a stretch break once or twice a day. Carry around a stress ball or fidget toy.

I feel the same way. Except I can feel the stress levels rising daily no matter what I am doing. Here for some suggestions as well. 💕
