I've been on it for a couple years and just raised my dose. It works okay for me, but I still also have to put in some effort to be self disciplined and organized. The only side effect I've noticed (which may be from another medication I'm on, not sure) is some sexual dysfunction.

It slightly improved my focus, but it also made me extremely heat intolerant to the point where working by the oven would make me extremely dizzy (I was a line cook back then) and I’d have to take breaks daily just to deal with it. Stimulants are so much more helpful for me focus wise than strattera was
