What's your strangest anxiety symptom?

I am irrationally afraid of ants and I came home and threw the coffee pot out the window bc it was infested with ants. I cleaned, I sprayed, Bev found me in a corner.

I feel tingly feeling in my fingertips and recently the tip of my nose but this is without panic attacks. I’ve been staying home a lot and missing work because I noticed my panic attacks were caused by me getting ready for work. But since I’ve been staying home I haven’t got a panic attack. I know I have to go to work before I get fired. But I’m not sure where my tingly feelings have came from. I thought my medicine.

I’ve felt this tingly sensation in my fingertips during and after panic attacks

I get a high temperature...literally like I have the worst flu. Healthcare professionals say that anxiety makes you sweat and flush, but they never told me I would suddenly run a temperature of 40C!!

I once felt itchy and like an army of ants were crawling all over my skin. It was very uncomfortable. Even my bra straps irritated my skin.

The surreal happens to me. It's almost like I am watching from afar as I have a panic attack.

When my anxiety gets really bad, sometimes it makes things feel almost surreal. It is difficult to explain but it is a terrible feeling.
