Experiencing Strange Symptoms and Seeking Advice

Recently ive been getting alot of headaces, fatigue, nausea and dizziness in general. At first i thought it was because maybe i wasnt drinking enough water, so i started drinking more water but it wouldnt change anything. And the strange thing is i would start feeling really weird between specific times at night. Then i started thinking maybe its negative energy of some sorts (im into that kinda stuff) so i did an egg cleanse and instantly started feeling better, but only for a few days. Ive also been having strange dreams lately, i really dont know what to do. I dont know if this is the right place to talk about this but its kinda freaking me out considering i was doing good.

do you smoke (mj or cigs), drink, take any medications, take any nervines, etc? those can really affect you at the end of the day. either as they're leaving your body or overloading your body. aside from that, i have really significant horrible trauma related to times of day/times of year. that affects me in ways that i didn't really think it would? around this time of year im constantly sick to my stomach, worried, scared, etc. maybe its trauma related? also, you may be tired. if you don't sleep well at night- nightmares, waking up frequently, not getting to sleep early enough- that can REALLY affect your body in more ways than you'd really even think. when i wasn't sleeping enough id wake up and puke throughout the day, i would even have psychotic episodes. be mindful of your sleep schedule!
