Strange Shifting Fingers - Seeking Advice

Today I noticed that my fingers didn’t look normal. It’s almost as if they are shifting 🤔 one of my index fingers and both of my middle fingers. Of course I thought I was losing my mind and then I asked my husband to take a look at my hands and tell me if he saw something out of the ordinary. He looked and pointed out EXACTLY what I was thinking. I know it’s not from fibromyalgia because fibromyalgia doesn’t cause this to happen! I was just diagnosed with Raynuads in May but I’ve never seen anything about this sort of thing happening with Raynuads.
