i finally stopped taking seroquel. i’ve been on it for about 3 years and could never sleep without it but after a year of lowering the dose and now replacing it with abilify, i’m done with seroquel. there’s nothing wrong with it and it helped me a lot when i needed it but high doses for a long time are dangerous apparently and low doses didn’t do anything. but i have insomnia so the fact that i can sleep without it is an insane accomplishment i never thought i’d get to.
