Everyone's experience is very personal and tailored to their chemistry. For me personally, I've tried but it takes a ton of natural supplements which can be very effective but also can add up financially -Ashwaganda - Holy Basil - Ginko Boloba -Red Clover - chaste berry -primrose evening oil - 5-HTP Plus - Gotu Kola - Black Cohosh

I went off meds at about the same time this year. However, I'm back on them. During this journey I have gained a lot of information, and that has really helped me cope with the positives and negatives of my meds.

I've tried so called natural stuff and it just doesn't help. It takes a while to find the right medication. If you don't feel it's helping or even gives you bad side affects why take it. I don't understand with AdHD is hard but If you add meds that mess you up I have no idea how you can function?? I'm on my 4th med and nothing helps yet but can't give up on something as important as mental health

Why be ashamed of taking medicine? But yes exercise baths and self care but if you find it hard to even do that I bet medicine can do the trick I mean ADHD has dopamine ā¤ļøand that's what we lack

And anxiety meds makes serotonin stay in your brain longer so eh I'm just a supporter of science and meds that work just for your brain ā¤ļø
