How to Stop Scalp Picking? Need Advice!

Does anyone have advice on how to stop / control scalp picking?? Mine has gotten really bad and it’s so embarrassing!!

I wrap bandaids around my fingers to deter the picking and it usually helps, especially the one's with cute monsters on them

id recommend a “pick stone”! theyre these little rocks with holes that are filled with a scab-like substance, i had a friend of mine get one recently and they said it really helped! hope this helped

Omg when they said alike they MEANT IT. I’ve been scalp picking for years. I have one area that is a little bald circle from going at the same spot over and over
