i always seem to blame myself for past mistakes and being so hard on myself. what can i do to stop overthinking such things.

      It takes practice but stop thinking negative, don't dwell on a thought, think of your thoughts like changing the tv channel.watch thought pass it's not real

      I would look into having a hobby like art or something, i have two I'm into video games and yoyos

      When I have a bad thought it's a snow ball to start but it always grows bigger like a huge snow ball, just let go of that thought

        @TechWrecha i always try to but i have a bit of a hard time controlling my thoughts like in order to think about something else i usually would need to distract myself with something but when i can’t like at night then its harder to deal with and it effects my sleep schedule too:((
