Does anyone know how to stop eating not like in general? I have a habit of overeating I eat when I'm sad, mad, happy it doesn't matter. I know I have a problem but I just can't stop does anyone know how to help with that?

I track my food and eat meals and snacks at specific times to control this, it works for me. be careful when doing this if you don’t though because it can be bad for you (further your ed)
