How do you get rid of irrational thoughts? I was just on another forum about health anxiety and someone mentioned they had a panic attack for 30 hours nonstop and now it’s in the back of my head and obsessing over the thought that I might have a panic attack for 30 hours straight too. Any tips on how to get rid of these thoughts or ease my mind.

      I just read a tip someone left on here about “deepdiving”. You submerge your face in ice cold water for 30 seconds and it relaxes you… I think that might be worth a google..we’re gonna be ok.❤️🙏🏾

      I like lavender scented things those help and calming excerises to stay ahead of it and when you do start to have a panic attack you need to try to get out of it by changing your thoughts think of positive things and distract yourself
