How to Stop Nail Biting?

Probiotics made my nail biting disappear! It took about a month of taking them. I've always been a horrible nail biter, never could keep a sliver of white on any of my nails, and all of a sudden I just noticed my nails were growing out and I wasn't biting them anymore. Just had no desire to.

Nail salon get the acrylic or the nex gen dip. That's what I did to help my partner stop biting his nails, they were too hard to bite and break then after this and broke his habit of it after a few weeks of getting them done

maybe Google or utube videos about what u collect under those ur nails..sry Not to be gross..I've never been a nail biter and I'm not a germaphob..just trying to help..I watch a lot of documentaries..lol

I get my nails done with acrylic because instead of biting my nails I just sorry gonna sound weird I suck on my nails when I have acrylic nails 🤣

One day I just decided to not chew my nails after 30 years of doing it. Then I slowly chewed off one by one after growing them out about half an inch. Now I have no nails again. I like that chew stim necklace idea I might try it. It's cheaper than the nail salon. Lol

I have chew stim necklace that helps, it's just a little rubber feather that I can chew on so I would suggest something like that

I use nail polish and pick at the nail polish instead of my nails

Have them done at the nail salon it helped me. After a while i just stop doing it and now the actually grow.
