🙏 thank you for understanding I was in a abusive house and got diagnosed as bipolar I have been scared for long time but when I actually left and said I was done with the abuse in the family I began to come stronger and realize that my mental illness does define me I realize that my body is used to the medication that I clearly didn’t needed but in reality I am better on it to help me not to have episodes or depression burst.

hi personally when im in a depressive(or hypomanic) episode music is basically the only thing that calms me down , i have music playing 24/7 whether its metal blasting through my speakers or calm music through my earbuds sometimes i rant to myself by sending messages to my own number and that helps a lot

Hello I have both and yet its always a battle I find writing down my feelings really help with my depression and I clam down though music for my anxiety. I know these might be chessy answers but that is what helps me on my bad days. ❤️🤗
