It depends on what you are medicated for. It sounds like you should try to find a holistic doctor to help ease you off current medications and supplement them with alternative treatments. DO NOT ATTEMPT BY YOURSELF! A lot of medications have withdrawl symptoms or worse when stopped cold turkey or too quickly. Good luck! I’m also attempting to get off medications.
