Listen I already know all of that. I'm trying to see if anybody experienced it, what they do until they get the app. I live in a city where if I make an app it's May and the next available app probably but on August. What am I supposed to do until then. Keep getting frustrated everytime someone think I'm them, when some wrong I can just run to the doctor. You don't even know if I have insurance. Is this here to help me deal with my issues until I can get and afford medical attention. Everybody don't have middle class money and insurance. I would appreciate if people telling me to go to NY doctor. If that's the case why am I on here.

I meant I would appreciate if people stop telling me call my doctor. If it was that easy, why dies this app exist.

Have you tried any particular foods or beverages to help? Aloe juice is soothing and a natural laxative and it's not as expensive as some supplements.

most grocery stores, usually with Hispanic foods or if theres a section for health drinks like the probiotic stuff. Try to find the aloe juice with 'aloe lead extract' specifically listed as an ingredient. Try a little at a time and know that it tastes like aloe gel smells. Not bad, just weird. I don't know if this is safe for people with severe conditions like Crohn's but it was recommended to me for pain issues stemming from ibs and bladder pain and is used for constipation.

Also, it's not the same as aloe water, although that might be soothing as well

Hi Sonia First off, A huge gentle hugs for you 🤗 I went plant-based and my constipation cleared up. But, it's expensive to go plant-based. It works tho. Meat & dairy clog me up, big time. It's sooo uncomfortable. I understand. Hope this helps you!!!❤️✋🤗👍💕🙌
