      If u have gallstones eating steak is only going to aggravate them. It's like having no gallbladder. It can't digest the fattiness of the beef. You may want to ask your to just remove your gallbladder just it's not doing its job. You won't be be able to digest fatty foods but at least the pain should lessen.
