I was diagnosed with hh and ulcers when my endoscopy was done. They gave me a 2 page DO NOT EAT OR DRINK list and i swear its like all im allowed to have is kale, water, and chicken broth BUT im also a vegetarian. So kale and water. Umm yeah no. I endure a lot of discomfort and pain because i dont follow this strict list. But somethings gotta give.

Ive learned the hard way. Stay away from tea, pizza (any greasy foods), juices, and obviously hot items. Those are my biggest problems that i didnt think would be so bad.

Try a low fiber diet. The high fiber foods kept constipating me and it tore open part of my hernia.

i was also diagnosed with a hiatal hernia when i had an endoscopy/colonoscopy but i wasn’t told to avoid any food groups other than processed food. however, my doc did say to eat more frequent smaller meals throughout the day instead of the traditional 3 larger meals.

Maybe a Hiatel hernia? Spelling maybe off - but def when you take your meds drink a lot with them I know some of the capsules I have taken get stuck and I don’t realize it till it explodes and goes in my throat and nose - feels terrible 😣 hopefully with trial and error sometimes is the best to find what foods trigger you it is tough hope you get some relief soon

I birthed twins 31 years ago via c-section at 32 weeks gestation. I measured 64” around my middle before giving birth. I’ve had an inguinal hernia (after lifting a box of coffee at work), 2 umbilical hernias repaired as well as ventral hernia.

What type of hernia? Umbilical? Ventral? Inguinal? Do you know what caused it? Pregnancy? Accident such as lifting?
