Stomach Cramping After Endoscopy and Colonoscopy

Has anybody had stomach cramping after an endoscopy and colonoscopy? Especially after eating.. it’s been over 48 hours and I’m still experiencing bad cramping after eating.

I had cramping for about a week after my colonoscopy, it felt like I was on my period for the first time in years and like someone cranked my IBS up to eleven. I had chest pain after my endoscopy because I had a dilation done but I don't remember having any stomach cramping after it
