slightly concerned about finding a fidget/coping mechanism that would be stimulatory enough to replace some negative or excessive "stimming" - for me BFRBs can be stimulating as the scanning part invokes novelty, then comes the urges related to BFRBs and OCD. so with fidgets I'd like something stimulatory yet not distracting. maybe it just takes time getting used to healthy fidget habits?

I wear spinner rings at all times, and I always have a pop it or infinity cube on my person. The infinity cube is cool (I have a very small one) because I can fidget with it in one hand.
