always. i’m laying in bed waiting for it to relax right now lol. i have fibromyalgia and possible EDS. i use a lidocaine stick and sleep with a pillow under my hips to ease some of it. heated blankets also help. yoga will loosen you up when you’re able to get up, but while you’re still in bed i suggest slowly sitting up and rubbing the pain points if you can bear it

Me all this week!!! I have to stretch and be mindful of how I sit when working. I also have a heating pad when it’s painful!

I definitely do! I’ve suspected fibromyalgia, but only have been officially diagnosed with hypermobility and scoliosis.

Me and my grandmother- we both have RA have also woken up and gone “well I got hit by a bus last night how about you” for sure worth investigating autoimmune conditions

I do and I have hEDS and Fibromyalgia. I'd say maybe look into one of those? I'm in an EDS facebook group and everyone talks about how awful they feel when they wake up lol.
