Questions about Stelara infusion and side effects

I was on stelara for 6 months and was about to ask my GI if I should try something else but decided I'd wait a bit longer. It was the best decision I've ever made for my health. I would say it could take up to 6-8 months to really see peak effectiveness but if it takes over a year try something else. For me at least, stelara has changed my life

it depends on how they inject you. usually it’s fine but once the nurse did it wrong and my hair started to fall out :,)

I hope it works for you I’m starting a new medication for my Crohn’s I’ll have to see what it’s called. All of the other meds stopped working for me . You shouldn’t have any side effects hopefully, I had none.

I had horrible side effects to Humira and none with the Stelara. Altho I had much more relief on Humira than I’ve had on Stelara so far and I’ve been on it like 6 months now.
