I have my INR done and it's finally staying in range. Be sure you stay away from foods/drinks high in Vitamin K. I was a bit surprised to learn that green tea is not good for us. Cranberry juice as well. I have been told if I consume foods high in vitamin K, be sure to balance out my vitamin K intake or eat the same amount every day. I can't do that, too much work. I also find that the more active or less active I am messes with my INR. You have to figure out what works best for you. Best of luck.🤗
