what do you do to stay motivated in maintaining physical health? I've been obese for many years now, and I'm trying my hardest to lose weight, but it's only been about 2 weeks and it's hard to stay motivated.

I've been going at it for about 6 months now, motivation is probably my toughest obstacle. The best thing I've found so far is reminding myself every day that I have to make my changes. It helps to treat every time you set aside for exercise as an appointment (sort of like a doctors appointment), because of this, I have been able to keep up a consistency. It's still tough but it has made a massive difference for me.
