the most helpful thing for me was making lists 1. tasks are labeled with a, b and c, a being the most important/time sensitive with c being the last thing that needs to be done 2. my lists are disposable because i loose them a lot and my tasks change day to day n stuff!! 3. i also put time estimates next to my tasks so i know about how long they should take so i can divide my time better these are some strategies i use, hope it helps!

I do the list thing but I add incentives to make me want to do it or I have music I love playing so I'm in a good head space instead of hating what I'm doing

I try to turn as many tasks I can into a game. If I get distracted with "side quests" I remind myself that it's okay to be distracted, but the game requires I go back to my original goal.
