It’s ok to feel that way. But this is a good step to take for yourself. And you can stop and start when you want to. The feeling of nervousness and defeatedness doesn’t mean you’re making a wrong choice, so don’t let it stop you. Don’t be afraid to tell your therapist you feel nervous. Good luck on your journey ♥️

I felt the same too. It took a minute to open up, but I’m so happy I did. It really is all about wanting internally to change your mindset (which I really didn’t at first I realized too). I really hope it works out the best for you!

I felt the same way when I started therapy. I started thinking about it like if someone I loved had the same issues as me, I'd want them to get help. Getting help doesn't mean you've been defeated, it just means you have more players on your team.
