      Take Folic Acid. Know that it only helps about 25% and the rest fail it. And be advised that it has the possibility of causing fertility problems. I took mtx last year in May for 3 months and failed it, now Im on Humira. Since being off of it, I havent been able to have a period or get pregnant.
