Struggling with Starting Medication for Psoriatic Arthritis

I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease, Psoriatic Arthritis, almost one year following a near-death experience with the Wuhan strain of COVID-19. I am struggling with starting on medication that my Rheumatologist wants me to begin.

I also take Magnesium. Helps with muscle pain, sleep and relieves constipation.

yes that is so true about the magnesium. I was having horrible leg cramps during the night keeping me awake or waking me up and I was crying in my sleep. Started taking magnesium and they stopped. I take it at night cause it makes you tired.

I would hold off as long as you can. From what I understand Covid causes a lot of inflammation so I would definitely hold off. Your body may release it as you get past the symptoms of Covid. Are you taking any type of supplements right now there’s a lot that will reduce the inflammation.

hi there! So I am trying to abide by an anti inflammatory diet and when I can I am taking Vitamins C and D. What are your thoughts?
