Lexapro really helps with my anxiety. I was a goober and tapered off myself without the doctor's help and it sent me into hypomania ( I have bipolar 2). Back on it faithfully and can already tell a difference. Best of luck to you!!

Itās too bad that poor behavior of others isnāt noticed - maybe no one would need any pill to assist . Phone calls help .
@Nat123 What poor behaviors are you referring to? Just to clarify...are you saying that medication isn't always needed and just a phone call can help?

From what I know it's best to take Lexapro before bed rather than in the morning bc it can give you drowsiness and tummy troubles. That should only happen the first couple of weeks though. Good luck! Lexapro helped me a lot with my daily anxiety when I was on it.
