I have severe social anxiety as well and I love it. In my case, most of it is just listening and learning. There are a few times where you are asked to share how you feel/think about what you tried or learned but you’re never forced. Before I began I thought I would be sharing a lot about what I was going through and working through it but that’s not what it is. You’re just learning new skills with people who are also learning. Best of luck!

i LOVED my DBT group. at first it was a lil rough not knowing anyone, but i bet you’ll get comfortable fast! it was the most helpful treatment i’ve done. there will probably be icebreaker and/or mindfulness questions, but other than that it was very very low anxiety for me and i’m socially anxious as well.
