Seeking Advice on Starting Ability for Bipolar

I'm starting a low dosage of ability soon, specifically for bipolar, and wanted to know anyones personal experiences with the medication? anything helps, thanks. ^^

It was one of the only medications that fixed my mood. It's a shame it made me so so so tired. Otherwise I would still be on it :)

I took it for a year before I started uncontrollable movements. I was biting my tongue and shaking my leg for months before it was figured out.

Some people really like abilify and others have a variety of negative side effects. I myself took on a flat affect, losing my personality. I'm typically known as a friendly, outgoing person, so that was a noticeable change. I had to be taken off of it.
