Should I Start Medication for My Anxiety and Depression?

If the therapy is not doing enough by itself and you're still experiencing a moderate to high amount of anxiety and/or depression it may be time for meds. Meds changed my life! When I'm on the right concoction, I'm much happier and a lot less stressed and anxious.

I’m kind of the same boat I’ve been medication free for over a year my last experience was really bad I went into psychosis and I’m terrified not to scare you or anything it’s just my own experience I had such a horrible experience let alone the withdrawals were so bad but I know I need to be on something my depression is just declining and getting so bad

Talk with your therapist and hear what their opinion is. A sign personally for me is when life still feels like a chore despite continuously going to therapy.
