Seeking Alternatives for Depression Treatment: St. John's Wort
Does St. John's Wort work for depression? I've taken Wellbutrin and low dose Ketamine but both wore off over time and my depression came right back. I really didn't want to keep raising the doses because I was worried I'd just keep getting immune to the higher and higher doses. Will taking the supplements work?
