I love taking walks and even running for short intervals anytime I feel stronger 💪🏽

I play tennis which is very challenging but a really healthy sport. Recommend it! 🎾

I joined a Tai Chi class! Highly recommend! I feel it strengthens my muscles, and joints, but even moreso my balance.

I enjoy walking! When I'm feeling at my best I take long walks but I always try to take shorter or slower walks even when I'm not in the best shape and depending on the weather outside, of course.

I have found that swimming is my only option. Everything else hurts.

Cycling and exercise pilates is the best combination for me. Pilates builds my core strength and cycling is an enjoyable aerobic exercise.

I do cycling in the gym. I learned that this kind of excercise is good because its low impact and also i can choose the level of strength myself.

I am in the marching band in my high school. It is not a labor intensive thing if you play a small instrument and you get practice on your leg muscles, which helps with POTs and just helps in general. It also has a little less frequent dislocations for me than other sports I have tried.

i dance- definitely not the best for my body, but the psychological benefits are worth it for me at this point!

I like walks since I don’t have access to a pool. I can’t do any other sports because of dislocations, especially not dancing, running, or volleyball which I’ve tried.
