How to Confirm Spondylitis Diagnosis Before Taking Humira Shot?

How do u know for sure it was spondylitis before doing the shot humira

I went thru all injections many infusions pills up to my neck and I have SLE and RA and fibromyalgia along with lumbar spondylitis and I take Cymbalta for fibromyalgia and Tramadol for the rest. In my X-rays and mri’s you can see my vertebrae look like they are getting squashed but I’m advised to deal with the pain as long as possible before having back surgery I found out in my late 30’s

Iam taking Humira and it’s for my arthritis, I had to have my doctor send me to the specialist and they ran lots of tests and first put me on pills but they didn’t work and I had a bad reaction to one so then it came time for Humira because the pills were not working. Also it first started out that I had uctd then turned into arthritis.

I’ve been on all the NSAID’s and shots every 3 months since 2018 I’m over it we thought it was fibromyalgia but it’s As instead
