@ILean I set the tens unit pads directly on the pain. I run the device at a comfortable level for 20-30 minutes at a time. All it dies is draw blood to the pain. Kind of like you telling your body where you need help. It tells the blood, help here please and def helps with the pain and to loosen localized tight muscles. No specific brand. I’ve purchased multiple devices off of Amazon.

I found core strengthening and yoga to be my best defense!!! When I pull my back I’m out for months! It’s awful! When I’m rehabbing I use an at home tens unit and that really my best therapy.

@MyChangeOfHeart How do you use the tens unit on your back. What brand and how do you position it?

I have had to buy a new, firm mattress and an adjustable frame. I have the most pain in the morning. The firm mattress (with a good pillow top for comfort) should do the trick. I’ll let you know next week when it’s delivered.
