This is a strange question, I know, but has anyone suffered from delusions that could have been spiritual activity? ever since a young child I have witnessed very strange events that follow me wherever I move. it's not often enough for me to capture, but often enough that I'm questioning my sanity. I'm terrified to bring it up to a therapist.. Idk if I'm crazy or if it's real and I'm starting to scare myself. I HAVE had 2 people witness things but I can go into further detail about the events if it helps you to understand why I'm unsure. I really need some advice. Please.
