Struggling after spinal fusion surgery, seeking advice

Had spinal fusion from c-2 to pelvis Not doing so great anyone had the same or similar surgery and how they doing had mine Feb 1 this year

I had t3-l5 in 2008 & still have pain. You are on track. It took me a very long time to get waking decent again. Be patient & do your physics therapy. I hope you start feeling better soon

I'm sorry you're not doing great, I completely understand. I had T10 to pelvis done in 2019 and also struggling to figure out what's going on. I think with all the meds I'm on I shouldn't feel any pain, but in fact it's steadily getting worse. Have you tried PT? Ice packs are my best buddies, heat never worked.
