@Terah thanks for sharing yeah my health has been pretty bad over I would say the last year my Dr pretty much said ohhh it's just back pain and when I was back in his office 3 myths later im.lime hmm I think it's something more just to find out I have bulging and compressed throughout my back as well as arthritis on my entire back it's just really hard and messes with your m.h.
