After my diagnosis, I decided to adopt a ketogenic diet :high-fat, moderate-protein, and low-carb foods. My doctor approved as long as I kept a close eye on my intake. The idea behind this diet is to put the body into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat instead of sugar for energy. it has been challenging but fascinating to see how my body has responded.

Honestly, I know myself pretty well, and I'm aware that trying to stick to a rigid diet will only lead to failure .After my diagnosis, I've been making a conscious effort to maintain a more balanced diet, but I haven't made any drastic changes. I feel that making healthier choices every day is more important than following a strict diet.

I've been trying to manage my inflammation levels by following an anti-inflammatory diet. That means I'm eating more foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon and flaxseeds, and plenty of antioxidants from berries and leafy greens. I've been avoiding inflammatory foods like red meat, processed foods, and sugar. I'm feeling a bit better, and my doctor thinks this approach is a good addition to my overall treatment plan.
