I’m on prozac, it works differently for everyone. I am perfectly fine on it and even better than before. Though I have generalized anxiety disorder so my brain may work a bit differently. We tried this back when I was 7 years old and on liquid prozac, it helped then, and I went back on it about a year and a half ago. I would say be cautious, it is a black label and can be dangerous.

I am on it and it was a game changer! Definitely talk to your doctor if you’re nervous about it there are similar options

Prozac worked amazingly for my mom, and mother in law, and ex-partner, and worked really really terribly on me. It's different for absolutely everybody unfortunately. I was on Celexa for a while and it was great but the withdrawal sucked when I quit.

Any Wellbutrin withdrawals? Im 4.5 days off. Not on Prozac but on Celexa. Start low and go slow.

unfortunately yes. seizures have stopped which was the priority lol but so far i’ve been/experienced: more lightheaded and dizzy more pelvic pain (also could be bc i just had an unexpected cycle) shakiness and tremors and chills more fatigued less motivation an even smaller appetite and the best of all, more depressed with my other associated emotions/diagnoses lol <3 i knew going off from 450mg would be tough, but it’s definitely different than SSRIs. luckily have not had brain zaps :)

I was on Prozac for maybe about 3 months. It gave me extreme vertigo for 3 weeks straight along with hypersensitivity, nausea and vivid dreams. It made me very miserable but hopefully if you try it it won’t affect you the same way. I’m on Wellbutrin now and i have none of the symptoms i had while i was on Prozac.

Unfortunately I've only ever heard bad things about it😐 so I opted not to try it when the doctor told me to try it.

lol i am starting to see a trend here. i hate how antidepressants just interact with my chronic illnesses so much :/
