Struggling with Somatic Symptom Disorder
I haven't been okay for a long time now. I have Somatic Symptom Disorder and it's not even in the pick thing on here. I've been having a really hard time with it. I can't even eat without having a panic attack, me being afraid of getting sick. I constantly ask my bf if I'm sick or if I'm okay. My brain won't stop and I'd like a new one if someone wants to trade..

This was a theme in my OCD for about a decade until it faded out by itself, but it still comes back occasionally to this day. I didn't realize there was a whole disorder that's only this... That sounds like hell and I feel for you so bad 😥❤️
