Looking for Somatic Self-Regulation Skills

I tend to rub my my feet together when I don't have shoes on. Especially when trying to go to sleep. It bothers everyone I sleep with

if this is what i think it is, my favorite is rubbing my upper arms (like the “brr” motion). i also like just putting my hands on the back of my neck
