Socializing with Chronic Illness: A Double-Edged Sword

Anyone else find that being social can be a trigger for a flare up? I went to a family Christmas meal yesterday and today I feel like I've been hit by a train, all my worse symptoms are flaring up 😩

YES! Whenever I exert myself socially I get these headaches that don’t respond to anything (NSAIDs, sleeping it off, etc) or just generally feel exhausted. It’s like my body is punishing me for having a life lol. But cannabis can help for me, personally.
