Question about Social Anxiety and Autism Spectrum Disorder

I'm just diagnosed with social anxiety, no ASD

I’m on the spectrum, so I can’t speak from personal experience, but I think social anxiety is pretty common for people both on and off the spectrum. People can develop it due to trauma in social situations, which can happen to anyone, but there are probably other ways that aren’t coming to mind.

I’d be curious to know, too!! I’m also both!
