Looking for Sneakers with Arch and Ankle Support

Anyone have any recommendations for sneakers that have good arch and ankle support? Having so much trouble finding sneakers that are comfortable, help prevent ankle rolling and actually look my age/can be styled. So hard finding high top shoes that aren't totally flat. Any thoughts or experience with Reebok high tops? EDS/disability struggles haha, wanna look nice but so many aesthetic shoes destroy my body

If you are looking for a sandal, Chacos are a good one for arch support. They are just sandals so dont have any ankle support but they have really good arch support. And you are able to adjust the straps to fit your foot.

Thank you so much for all of the ideas! I can't get over how amazing it is actually connecting with other people with similar niche experiences. Really appreciate all of the encouragement and recommendations, so much more helpful than the vague recommendation I got from doctors to wear supportive shoes lol

I've found a couple! Saucony has a really good supportive pair, and there is this brand "Vionics" that are high top and supportive! I haven't tried that brand (it's very expensive) but it's supposed to be really good! I also have some inserts by power step that help, as well as wearing ankle braces (my ankles pop out constantly). My podiatrist also gave me a metatarsal insert for pain.

vionics are AMAZING! My family owns tons of shoes from the brand and the arch support is one of the best Ive found for cuter shoes. Especially flip flops…

One of my doctors recommended rocker bottom shoes, specifically Hoka brand. They aren’t high top but they are very supportive. I also put an arch support in mine, but the shoes alone made such a difference. Even helps with my knee pain and back pain - I notice a huge difference when I’m not wearing them. I have a pair to wear in the house too!

If you don’t want to compromise looks for functionality I’d recommend going to a foot doctor for customized inserts to put into shoes. As a shoe lover myself it’s the best way to keep wearing the cute ones!
