For my partner, Setiva strains worsen their paranoia and Indica strains helps ease anxiety (forgive me if I didn't spell these correctly)

It depends on the type of anxiety it is. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it makes it worse and paranoia creeps out.

The few times I have done it I have had flashbacks of being forced to go to the hospital and have been super paranoid. I've been told it all depends what kind you smoke though but I don't know what kind I smoked

Usually when i smoke when i am feeling anxiety it makes me feel a lot better or makes me realize that i was worried for nothing but sometimes it can cause paranoia (like i’ll think everyone hates me or something like that) but not usually. I would recommended sticking with indica or indica dominant strains for anxiety because i have noticed myself and have heard from others that sativa strains make the anxiety worse. however everyone is different and the people that work at dispensaries are super helpful when it comes to finding the strain best for you.

Depends. Thc makes me go into panic attacks but CBD doesn't. I munch a few gummies a day after work.

When I was young and had no idea what I was smoking it just made me paranoid. Now it just makes me feel like a moron. Nothing against it for anyone else.
