I was diagnosed when I had a cat scan of my chest for covid pneumonia. In November, 2021 it was 4.3 cm. It stayed the same when the did another cat scan in March, 2022. My surgeon wants to wait until it is over 5 cm before he considers operating. I live in a rural area and have no chance of surviving a rupture. I feel like I'm a walking time bomb.

It depends on your body, and how you treat it, and of course genetics, stress, etc. Mine was found incidentally and at first did not change much but mine has always steadily changed and the bigger it gets the faster it changes.
