My sleep schedule used to be all over the place! Sometimes it took me 2 hours to fall asleep, other times I woke up every hour for no reason. The best thing that worked for me was going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. I also had to train my brain to stop thinking at 100mph before going to bed, which I did by placing my focus on only one thing at night (which was either a ticking clock or imagining a circle increasing with each breath and decreasing with every exhale). Sleeping apps that read you a story to fall asleep to or white noise apps are good things to try too. See if maybe any of those will help!
