Need help sleeping with GERD

Any tips on sleeping? I haven't gotten a full nights sleep in a while. I tried those slanted beds, but my legs and torso start aching from the slant. And if I sleep flat, I get acid reflux that wakes me up in the middle of the night, and then I add the slant back in and just endure the aches. What are your sleeping tips with GERD?

I too suggest lying on your left side with ur left arm/hand underneath ur pillow and ur right arm/hand on top of ur pillow and ur whole body in the fetal position (curled up) if you can. I also suggest drinking herbal tea, or taking a melatonin for extra sleep help.

Laying on your left side helps sometimes. It allows the stomach to empty better since the stomach empties to the left. Omeprazole (long term) and Alka seltzer soft chews (quick relief) for heartburn and gas help too. And drinking lots of water and no caffeine or carbonation. I have found nothing else really helps.
